Events and Activities

Our aim at Wylds Farm has always been to create a Family Festive Experience which both adults and children enjoy and one that you’ll all remember for years to come.  The Farm is a magical place and we endeavour, each year, to keep the true family feel and spirit of the farm alive.  This year, we  have both autumn + Christmas wreath-making workshops ( pre-booking is essential ) and look forward to hosting lots of you at our annual Launch Night on November 9th.

Wreath Making Workshops

Get ready for Christmas and learn how to make a beautiful festive door wreath at Wylds Farm using blue spruce and a variety of foliage. Then, decorate your handmade wreath with pine cones, dried oranges, cinnamon sticks and a variety of other embellishments. All materials and tools are provided as well as mulled wine, tea & coffee plus some delicious homemade cakes. Just wear some not-too-precious clothes and come along for a fun few hours.

Take away your creation to decorate your home or give as a gift.  Booking is essential and places go fast.

Launch Party

Friday Nov 9th | 6:00 – 10:00 pm
We’ve a great night planned for you! Our Launch Party is a seasonal favourite and hosting you all to celebrate the new season together is a highlight in our calendar. This year, we’ve booked some belting live music from Black Cherry Jam + the Southampton Eukelele Jam, delicious street food from Madeleine’s Kitchen mulled drinks + hot chocolate, scrummy seasonal ice cream from Dylan’s Ice Cream along with a tasteful selection of gifts sourced by Sophia in our shop.
The go-karts will be polished with tyres pumped so bring along those driving gloves. Braziers will be lit and the log cabin fire burning brightly, though if you’re wearing your dancey pants you’ll be properly toasty getting your groove on in the barn.
Last year was a great family evening and a super start to the season so, thank you, all of you folks who dressed warm and came to share in the joy. We hope you’ll pencil Friday November 9th in the diary, come along, bring good friends and join us again this year.
